Ethnic rhinoplasty is an advanced approach to the rhinoplasty procedure for patients of African, East Asian, Middle Eastern and Hispanic descent. During an ethnic rhinoplasty procedure, patients often need cartilage grafting to enhance a previously flat profile. Dr. Sajjadian extracts the cartilage from the nose when possible, or extracts the cartilage from another area of the body. In some instances, Dr. Sajjadian will use nasal implants to enhance the bridge of the nose and provide better nasal definition. In addition, some patients require an in-depth nasal tip reshaping to reduce large, overly bulbous nose tips. For others, the dorsal hump may have small pieces of bone and cartilage removed to enhance the patients’ profile.  Regardless of the changes needed, Dr. Sajjadian has the experience and skill necessary to create a natural looking, beautiful profile that also protects the natural ethnic attributes of the nose.
